Our Weightlifting program is an Advanced lifting program designed for anyone looking to compete in Weightlifting.
We offer an extensive Strength and Conditioning program tailored specifically for the needs of our Athletes. Whether you’re wanting to enter a Weightlifting Competition or just improve your lifts for CrossFit we offer a range of classes as well as private tuition.
All programming and Coaching is under the guidance of Zac Grgurevic, 8 Time Australian Weightlifting Champion.
