Yes we are more expensive then a standard gym membership. But you get what you pay for.

Lets look at what you actually get:

  1. You get a workout everyday that is different from the last and is tailored specifically to your abilities.
  2. You get a coach that ensures your techniques are both safe and performed correctly.
  3. You get multiple time slots to train everyday that fit in with your lifestyle.
  4. You get trainers that actually give a shit about you and your goals and make sure you achieve them long term.
  5. You get results.
  6. You get nutritional guidance to facilitate your training and pursuance of optimal health.
  7. You get encouragement from your team mates every workout.
  8. You have fun.
  9. You get a community of like minded individuals who interact and socialise inside and outside of the gym.
  10. You get a family where everyone looks out for each other.

What you don’t get is:

  1. A gym full of clunky useless equipment that you don’t know how to use.
  2. An environment where everyone wears headphones and doesn’t make eye contact.
  3. A trainer that you pay $80 an hour to sit on a swiss ball and count to 10.

Membership Options and rates.

FULL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP (includes all programs on the timetable)

  • Unlimited classes DD $60 per week (no contract, week to week)

CROSSFIT (includes Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics)

  • First Session’s Free (CrossFit only)
  • $25 drop in session (visiting CrossFitters only)

OPTION 1

  • Unlimited classes DD $60 per week (no contract, week to week)

OPTION 2: (6 MONTH MEMBERSHIP)

  • Unlimited classes DD $55 per week (one week pausing allowed during 6 month period, one month fee charged for early cancellation)
  • Unlimited classes PIF $1300 (equates to $50/week, one week pausing allowed during 6 month period)

OPTION 3: (12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP)

  • Unlimited classes DD $50 per week (two weeks pausing allowed during 12 month period, one month fee charged for early cancellation)
  • Unlimited classes PIF $2340 (equates to $45/week, two weeks pausing allowed during 12 month period)

CROSSFIT TEENS (up to 18 years)

  • First Session’s Free
  • Unlimited classes DD $30 per week
  • CrossFit ALL classes and gymnastics classes ONLY

HIT – High Intensity Training (Must have completed 8 Week Challenge Program first)

  • Unlimited DD $45 per week
  • $25 drop in session

8 WEEK CHALLENGE

  • $399 for 8 Weeks of classes.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

  • $25 drop in session
  • Unlimited classes DD $40 per week (no contract, week to week)

MUMS & BUBS

  • $25 per session
  • 5 Pack for $100

MARTIAL ARTS (includes BJJ, boxing plus two HIT classes per week)

  • Unlimited classes DD $40 per week (no contract, week to week)
  • Ward’s Gym Members – $5/week extra on top of their current fees
  • Private Tuition $60 per 45 mins
  • $25 drop in session

MIX AND MATCH (Choose your programs)

  • Unlimited classes on DD. Choose your base program (CrossFit, HIT, Martial Arts, Olympic Lifting) and add $5 for each additional program. CrossFit rates take precedent over other programs and price determined by commitment length to CrossFit. ie 12 month membership to CrossFit is $50/week, add HIT to your training for $5 more/week $50 + $5 = $55/week. Olympic Lifting plus Martial Arts $40+$5 = $45/week. Etc

PERSONAL TRAINING / BOXING ONE ON ONE’S / BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU ONE ON ONE’S

  • $60 for a one on one 45 min session with one of our coaches

**No Refunds on any Paid in Full options. Early cancellation of 6 or 12 month contracts will result in one month rate early cancellation fee upon termination.
