What are the Sessions like?
These sessions are NOT CrossFit, we’ve left out the weightlifting and technical gymnastics movements and focused on fat burning, lean muscle building, high intensity circuit training sessions. They focus on body weight movements and different forms of cardio to make you fitter, stronger and better.
- Mornings 6am Monday to Friday & Saturday at 7am. Tuesday & Thursday at 8am.
- Lunch Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 1.00pm.
- Evenings 6.00pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7.00pm Monday to Thursday.
What do I get?
- Team T-Shirt.
- Body Composition Analysis Scans (valued at $80).
- Full fitness assessment, including weight, measurements and progression pics (don’t worry we won’t show anyone without your permission).
- Meal planning and nutritional advice.
- Goal setting and progress tracking.

How do I sign up?
To begin your Transformation please confirm a time to come in for measurements/photos and make payment. Please bring in your credit card or bank details to complete the sign up. Email Gavin@wardsgym.com.au to confirm your time.
