Brother’s Callum and Gavin Ward are the owners and head coaches at Ward’s Gym. Their bond is what makes Ward’s Gym stand out from the rest. Their highly competitive, yet supportive nature toward each other has seen them both achieve a list of accolades a mile long. Their education and experience put together has bred a unique and highly effective approach to both training and coaching.
Our members mean everything to us, without them there would be no gym. Every member is as important as the next and everyone knows each others names. We support each other through training hard together, pushing each other to be better. Equally as important we know how to let our hair down and enjoy social events together outside the gym too.
8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE
Our 8 Week Transformation Challenge is aimed at achieving weight loss and toning through high intensity circuit training in a team environment.
Each 8 Week Challenge includes:

- Body Composition Analysis Scans (Pre and Post)

- Motivation and encouragement every step of the way
At Ward’s Gym we tailor Health and Wellness packages to suit your business. Whether you’re wanting to run a team building day, have your own regular designated time slot or just want to encourage your employees to get active in one of our many classes on offer, we can work with you to achieve a healthier workplace. Our programs are suitable for all fitness levels and can be scaled to your abilities. It doesn’t matter whether you are fit for a marathon or have never exercised before, we will ensure that everyone gets a great workout within their capabilities.
At Ward’s Gym all programming is done in-house and is designed and periodised specifically for the CrossFit Season. We’re not about doing random benchmark Wod’s week after week with no end goal. Our staff comprise highly educated coaches and regional athletes. If you’re a naturally competitive person or have been training at a gym for a long time but feel like you’ve plateaued then take note. We can push you to the limit and help you realise your full potential.
Wards Jiu Jitsu offers a range of Gi and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu classes each week, incorporating elements of self defence and sport Jiu Jitsu for those wanting to compete. Whether you’re just looking to improve your fitness and self confidence knowing you can handle yourself or wanting to compete, we’ll make sure you are fitter and stronger than the competition before you step on the mat.
The Weightlifting program is an Advanced lifting class designed for anyone looking to improve their Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We offer an extensive Strength and Conditioning program tailored specifically for the needs of our Athletes. CrossFitters from other boxes are welcome as we have a separate membership just for weightlifting classes.
